Azadi Moghadam is a documentary filmmaker and researcher with a background in theater. After studying theater at university, she began writing and researching for various publications and magazines on topics related to theater and documentary cinema. Her work focuses on the lives of women and individuals who are rarely seen or heard in mainstream society. In addition to researching documentary cinema, she runs a dedicated website for Iranian documentary cinema called "Bareh" and is responsible for writing, hosting, and directing a podcast about Iranian documentary films titled "RybonDoc."
